Hey Slim, I think Maine will continue to play an important role in America's ocean policies as Sen Susan Collins is pragmatic and supportive. One of my friends back east has an inter-disciplinary masters from UMO in bio-economics. It sounds like you would be very familiar with how strong UMO's program is in marine science and the sames kinds of topics I've discussed with him regarding New England's coastal community challenges.
