In addition to cancellations within the $1 trial, A company here and there may forget to cancel or never get a returned call to cancel and be charge $999 the second month then dispute it with the company or credit card. Of course VERB will record that as Gross revenue to scew the numbers. That’s the whole reason VERB gets the $1, so they get the credit card on file.
