Not that anyone asked Department. But, just that everyone should know. Not every year has LQMT had a Annual shareholders meeting nor filed a proxy statement or a pre proxy statement. While all LQMT shareholders were to busy with the new ceo and price spike plus being intoxicated with the OH, all were too busy to notice that no annual shareholder’s meeting nor was any proxy filed for the year 2017.

I could be wrong, but then again what is stated above just might be another fact overlooked, when all were consumed by their gains back in 2017. After all, it is why all who are in, are still in. Who needs a shareholder’s meeting when in the green, right?

No proxy statements for 2019. Very strange. The ceo doesn’t speak and shareholders need not speak either. There is nothing to vote on. With Li in charge, why be heard?
