I used your point to Teresa, stating she using the RS to keep her 14% in the company. This is the response I got:


“The RSS uniformly affects all issued and outstanding shares of the company’s common stock and will not alter any stockholder's percentage ownership interest in the company, except to the extent that the RSS results in fractional shares. No fractional shares will be issued in connection with the RSS. Any fractional share that would result from the RSS will be rounded up to the nearest whole share.”
