Well.....You would be correct if 2018 were un-Audited as Roger Mortimer would have had to make that statement.

But seeing as how 2018 was Audited all that was needed was RBSM signing off...which they did.......plus the Letter from the Lawyer which is there.

I just looked at 2019 Un-Audited Financials and Roger, Ben and Larry Leverton all made those statements at the bottom of the form.
