I've heard it stated here before that Morning was bankrupt and FUNN was under no obligations to fulfill funders orders etc...

This is evidence that FUNN were under obligation to fulfill orders else be sued.

This settlement is the only liability that we have been made aware of so far. Not good to always hear this news reactively after it has already been made public.

What other obligations are out there associated with the Morning purchase? This could be the tip of the iceburg, how deep, who knows?
