I ask Ferris at last years (not this past September) annual meeting would he entertain a outside board member if we had a group of 30%. He flat out said no as he is satisfied with who he has on the board.

We would need to raise $25,000 to hire a lawyer and start a fight. We would probably need to file with the SEC.

I am all for it
