BMSN the transfer agent says the total outstanding shares is 15.616 billion. How did they go from 8 billion to 15 billion when they were dark? thought they had to be current to increase the share count. Either way it looks bad unless Cassady, who has 8 billion somehow, finds a new path for the company. likely all the shareholders are done imo glta
