In case you missed it Day 14 to close below $1

Day 14 Close Below $1. The bounce effort to get VERB back above $1 failed

VERB has lots of new dilution shares coming down the pipe. Rorys big decision is whether to do the next RS before year end at the height of tax loss selling season or wait until next year and a delisting notice

If a company trades for 30 consecutive business days below the $1.00 minimum closing bid price requirement, Nasdaq will send a deficiency notice to the company, advising that it has been afforded a "compliance period" of 180 calendar days to regain compliance with the applicable requirement

The effort failed to get the pps back above a $1 close so they could reset the 30 day moving fwd clock. The form 4 insider buys are tiny they look pathetic. I said months ago the insider wont put out any of their own money to buy this garbage. Right now its been 14 trading days VERBTURD closed below $1 and from the looks of that huge red candle three days ago its game over for any hopes of getting back above $1. The plan has always been to get on the Nasdaq and keep dumping dilution shares into the float to fund Rorys non stop high spending roadshow lifestyle. The Reverse splits are necessary to stay on the Nasdaq promised land. This provide a perfect excuse for Rory to RS the shareholders until they are left with 1 share per account.

The revenue producing company VERB acquired is shrinking and Rorys faulty widget no one wants will never sell. Eventually all that made the acquired company profitable will vanish leaving a non revenue faulty widget, massive spending and more dilution.

Rory do the RS before the delisting notice this wont be the last and press on the L&S are blinded to whats happening. The proof is in the fact that they didnt take profits good profits when they had them and rode those profits into massive 98% losses, a couple more percent wont hurt them any more. This is the way it has always been and always will be for dilution machines and human nature.
