Does anyone know the date of the Board Resolution appointing ________Ben as CFO on which it was executed and notarized?

I'm shure it must have been BEFORE _______Ben, the cash flow bind CFO, signed off on the 2018 and 2019 annual report and before the attorney letter stating that ________Ben was the legitimate CFO of Amfil Technologies, Inc. (a NY corp). Because otherwise, those annual reports would be legally void.

I seem to have missed the 8-K-like disclosure of his appointment and LARRY LEVERTON's demotion.

Any links to the certified Board resolutions on these two items?

Date is important because a retroactive appointment won't cure the prollem of the void annuals.
