GCGX is the payroll clerk for Dwyers private company, non-cannabis employees only... LMFAO... Meanwhile Dwyers private company has begun production and as I said all along... is keeping the revenues. Dwyer never had any intentions of sharing revenues with gcgx and knew the laws would ensure that.
From the 3rd qtr report Wed:
GCGX will handle payroll for all non-cannabis employees [anyone not touching the plant], sublease space to licensed cannabis operators, lease the equipment, provide marketing services, purchase non-cannabis supply’s, and all other services allowed. (GCGX will need to collect enough from leasing the machines to GCG to pay the $57k a month rent on the space. lol)
GCGX will not be allowed to purchase bio-mass, collect the revenue from the sales, or purchase any
materials used for the manufacturing. Basically everything that goes through the monitoring system setup
with the City to keep track all purchases and sales of cannabis, transportation, distribution, and delivery to
ensure the City receives it fair share is off limits to GCGX
Summary: Purchase of bio-mass, collect revenue from the sales, or purchase any materials used for the manufacturing, sales of cannabis, transportation, distribution, and delivery... IS ALL OFF LIMITS TO GCGX.
Those who believe Dwyer will share revenues in the future with gcgx could always buy some .0001"s and wait... LOL
