Agreed! Not a difficult filing to be always late and inaccurate. Come on, there is no revenue, no taxes, no major expenses. Its short and doesn't change much from previous filing. Dr. Goulding must sign the filings, doesn't he or someone read it over first.

I would expect a company made up of intelligent doctors, technical and industry specialist, that are on the verge of major business initiatives, grants applications, and significant breakthroughs, to be able to provide the minimal required filings with the OTC to keep it in current status.

Or is it just me?
