I would 100% disagree that it doesn't go to trial. In my opinion, they will throw out a lowball number to get GDSI to settle. If GDSI says 30 or 40 million, It makes no sense that the defendant would settle for that type of number. They might as well just go to trial and tell GDSI good luck collecting
