As I follow the dialogue and the legal opinions on this site, I have learned much as a “long term” GDSI investor and my limited legal experience. I am very curious about the final decision(s) of the negotiations but I am doubtful it goes to trial. I am prepared for the unexpected but anticipate it will be positive for GDSI. At this price point I am in the green and will not be selling any shares. News should be soon.
