Any theory behind the 2 dollars per share claim?

I am always wondering what range can ACRL reach with the current claims the company makes.

Don’t want to flip my shares for the current price, but at the same time don’t want to hold them for too long after this reaches the right price range as OTC stocks are known for falling down drastically after they reach the peak
