Parts for a silo need not be stored in a building! I live in South Texas and there are silos everywhere---for grain, various types of animal feed and, of course---freshly baled cotton.

You will not find parts of a silo stored indoors anywhere in these parts as such items are designed to be out in all sorts of weather. And forget about theft---no self-respecting thief would be so stupid as to think there's a premium on these parts---a silo to hold sand and gravel?

Really?
