LTHO 350k float per the CEO just now. There are more issued shares but they are restricted.

He said that the deal is coming along great. He was in a meeting and said he would give me a call the week after Thanksgiving. Obviously he can't say much now.

I got the impression that the deal was close to being completed but that's just a guess.
