You can use whatever numbers you'd like. It isn't going to make a difference when this thing keeps sinking.

BTW, if you actually read the 10-Q, you can find how they got to the 35M shares. It's not actually related to the Series X, as you misinterpreted what the CEO told you. And it's definitely not the new Authorized Share count. It's related to a reserve of shares already issued...
