New SS looks good to me :)

Old A/S 6 billion ------- New A/S : "Upon the filing of the amendment to the Articles, the Company will have approximately 35,397,217 "million" shares of Common Stock authorized"

Old O/S 3 billion --------- New O/S : 1,857,584 "million Shares"
