Didn't say there weren't challenges and issues. I have 19 employees with my current small business and everyday is intersting.On the same token I have things structured to enable me to have a certain amount of freedom.During the building process I knew what steps I was taking and had a very good idea of how long they would take to complete. I certainly would never have leased a building without having done my homework on the buildout.
