So if this is but one fund where the remote safe harbor funds were placed, we could have had a NAV of say $10/ share and let's say this particular fund had 10B of WMI ASSETS, we would be made whole for escrow Ps and so my 200 Ps would be worth $200,000 times 4.5 = $900,000. Just for this fund! My guess other funds are involved. Hiding the sausage in broad daylight. Pretty sweet and easy to figure taxes. Makes a lot of sense to me.
