but you're right, I read that was a concern for some analyst somewhere.

You've got the fans of the low valuation and high dividend yield, while

the detractors point to the declining operating income, funds from operations

and to what some feel is the somewhat irregular m.o. of the CEO.

Just what I read, plenty on both sides, I guess it boils down to how risk

averse are you, which is always the question with high valuation

and special divies.
