I communicated with the company via e-mail the other day. Randy responded and confirmed that the financials were being posted yesterday, which they were. He acknowledged that the RSHN SOS filing due by 11/30 will not be missed.

...and thirdly, he acknowledged the discrepancy in the grps shares, and he is hoping to have it resolved by Friday.

My email was sent by Frank DeAngelo to Randy (I had also sent my email to randy separately), therefore I have confirmation of Frank working. Someone tell Milton lol
