Pachuca de Soto.

Another poster who said they were familiar with the area pointed out a city NORTHEAST of and nearby to Mexico City that has a large University student base, (perfect for new tech). It is Pachuca de Soto, about 50 or so miles away. I have never been to Mexico City but can picture a city of 50,000,000? people to stretch all the way to Pachuca de Soto to seem as if it were a part of Mexico City
