So what? Mercedes would be one of many large foreign companies that don't want or need to list on a US exchange. They then show up on the grey market here, but are nothing like the many formerly SEC suspended stocks that have been relegated to the grey's. All these big foreign companies are legit, a filnde audited financials in their chosen market. ACRL is now a dark, non-filer, which is allowed to trade on the US OTC M. You may not know that the US is the only large country with significant exchanges that allows these slimy companies to trade without filing audited financials.
