It will be expensive though so don't know.

Think will occur prior to trial or jury returns with a verdict.

Think all parties will contribute:

MS-13 Gang of Thieves
CommScope - Will be sued since inherited Arris' indemnification
Cisco - Will be sued b/c MSO's relied on their expertise
CableLabs (and their members)
All Cable DOCSIS 3.0+ Original Equipment Manufacturers

Think will roll under CableLabs patent portfolio.

Royalties invite other issues: Auditing (each firm?), unit sales, revenues, "Opening their books", etc.

Lastly, think there will be an NDA.
