Do you even understand what the various terms for SEC filings signify? More importantly, do you understand that ACRL withdrew its stock registration some 10 months ago, and, as a non-filer, is precluded from filing with the SEC?

Anything that ACRL posts to the for pay OTC Markets does not require auditing, and essentially is meaningless. They can write about anything they want to, with little fear or reprisal from the SEC or Finra.
