I should say, if theres a new CEO, and they used shares to clear bad decisions made by the employees who wasn’t running it proper, aren’t these steps necessary to give the company a fresh start?

Or are you saying it’s likely that this ceo follow the same bad decisions as the previous and it’s a Rinse Repeat operation?

Cause if it’s the former, doesn’t that represent about 80% of the OTC?
