2019-04-17 Dear Saean shareholders!
Good morning.
In yesterday's article, you seem to have many questions about your schedule...
I'm going to write a series of scenarios along with a schedule extension.

You can understand the parts in my previous writings.
And I'm going to tell you that these schedules are analogous to the information that we received in Saean.

After normal registration (listed) with OTCQB at the end of May,
It's going to be protected until the end of November.

We expect to conclude swap operations within the protection period (no securities firm has experience in the country, and specific methods are under review in many ways, including costs and legal issues).

Around July after the OTCQB listing, a 3.5 ton electric forklift developed by Saean will be displayed at a large-scale heavy equipment exhibition in Japan.
(The contract has already been completed with the heavy equipment company and the sales company in Japan. Powertrain lights are manufactured by SKD method that is manufactured in Korea and completed in Japan.

We will also complete the certification process for Widow Electric Vehicle, which was developed in 2019 and, if we are lucky, we will also be able to develop the HydroLPG Pilot Model.

Saean's company suspects that it will manage its stock market with U.S. investment partners from this point to the end of the probationary period. (For $3)

NASDAQ will be automatically relocated for three and a half weeks, so NASDAQ will be available in early 2020 and individuals will be able to sell at this point (expecting around $3/share, swap-after-swap).

In order to make a genuine quantum jump after NASDAQ move, we are making large investments with matching funds at home and abroad.
(In February, domestic investment was successful first and second domestic institutional investment and global investment in the U.S. is underway with support from partners.)

We are going to open 4 other projects together at Busan International Motor Show in June 2020.

I dare say that if we go ahead with the schedule to this point without any major problems, we will be able to get the basics for the quantum jump of Saean, an R&D-focused electric vehicle company.

Then, as shareholders, we will have to keep our stock holdings well, with support and encouragement for the development of Saean.
