Pretty sure it’s Ben’s decision to want to work on the bigger projects, rather than deal with overhead BS. he’s passionate about board games, not office/overhead duties.

It’s important to understand one’s limitations and when to step aside and let a more skilled person take the reins. They need someone that has setup hundreds of locations, it benefits everyone involved to get skill in this position, including Ben.

As an investor I’m glad they understand this. It actually might be the most bullish aspect about yesterday’s PR... It shows they are serious about growth/expansion
