Let me put things in perspective . They are already years past the originally implied completion . So let’s say they want to be sure all 4 RAs buy in . Next month 2 RAs raise some concerns . Then they make editions to SAP , which will take them several weeks if not months as they will have to consult SAB also . Then what’s the surety that the other two will buy those editions . Let’s assume other two RAs are sort of OK , which they will only know after waiting 1-2 months after submitting new editions and getting no comments . Then we will be in May- June territory and then people with your logic will start bringing up why not wait till Nov so that we have 5 year actual data since we have waited so long anyway.
Point is that they have to make a decision at some point .
