Yeah, it really can. I am optimistic though because the technicals are improving, we are still below long term resistance of ~ $0.13 (the long, thin, gray line), and there has been a slight increase in volume on bullish days.

A mention from Tesla might very well be the catalyst we need.

If we can close $0.11 on the daily, we may very well be in the midst of a nice double bottom. I won't bother calculating target until we see the setup. We will see.
