I'm thinking about writing a letter to the CEO Mr. Thomas J. Meaney via the US postal service:
"Dear Mr. Meaney, As a stock holder for the last 14 years, I recommend that you please begin the process of finding a head hunter to sell Mikros Systems to the highest bidder.
There are head hunter organizations that will shop around discreetly.
You could announce it publicly which would immediately drive up the MKRS stock price. However, if employees know their jobs might be in jeopardy it will lower morale and some will move onto other companies. Yet, the present situation is that too many stockholders are selling and moving onto other companies.
Another option, since your son-in-law, President Mark Malone has experience in capital markets, is that he could find financing for you to take the company private since you are the largest majority stock holder.
In either case, it would relieve you of the burden of filing SEC Reports...."
WOULD YOU ADD ANYTHING?
