The 191,000 figure refers to shares. Divide by 100 to reach the number of call options (1,910).

What I'm seeing is 1,039 calls Susquehanna and 938 calls Citadel.
and 804 puts Susquehanna and 193 puts Citadel.

They aren't the only ones playing these games. Check Fintel and sort Institutional Holdings by 4th column "Opt" to see those who are playing options on MRKR.
