Yes, so what? As I said it's a meaningless number unless conversions actually take place. Going back to the mortgage collateral example, as the market value of your home increases you have flexibility to borrow more money. However, that doesn't mean that you actually will borrow more money or that your mortgage lender will demand payment of the loan.

An RS isn't necessary unless loans actually convert and there's insufficient revenue to absorb the share increase. We don't know how many shares have actually converted at this point.
