I did read that, it seems you did not get my point.

If the collateral is already maxed out at .0001 as you calculated (on paper for the minimum required number of shares to keep as backup, not with real shares issued duh), after one more downtick of PPS getting at the 0001 mark any new bill that would require new cash outflow which they currently don't have (read: more toxic funding or else more share dumps not accounted for yet) would already cross the mark of 10B required share collateral. So they must raise it in anyway to comply.

Therefore they must be very close to the next AS raise, or else another RS if they can't get up PPS very quickly to avoid that situation to happen.
