Dude, I think the label should be quite broad

But the FDA doesn't (normally) see things this way, and besides, they (AMRN and suppliers) can only make so much of this stuff.

We have done that exercise so many times here. There aren't enough anchovies in the sea to service the population that would benefit from this.

Over time as things evolve (and I mean 5-10 year timeframe) they will find new methods of generating supply, and broadening the population that routinely uses this stuff. By the time it goes generic, it'll get used like aspirin.
