Ps will get major Recoveries for this reason:
Even IF 75%/25% is not enforced 'outside of BK" (supposedly), STILL 85-90% of the PSAs were SOLD to the 'P' investors i.e., NOT held by WMI... that means those who bought 'P' Shares after BK filing were buying from those 'original 'P' investors in the PSAs.. so that means those interest + principal payments will now have to be given to the 'P' investors (our theory is that these were in some 'Escrow' accounts due to the 'Stay' due to the BK Filings).

I am expecting a max of around $8000/P... Very awesome return...I do hold lot of Ps but as I was a 'latecomer to the Wamu Party', I know some here hold like 5 to 10 times as mine... Obviously they will hit the Jackpots!
