Yes, that book continues to sell rather well. Ordinary people, really, who have a pretty good head for business and how to use money wisely.

Things like driving the same Ford Crown Victoria for ten or more years before giving it up.

Don't eat out a lot.

Bring your lunch to work.

Live modestly for many, many years.

If they own their business, they invest the profits back into it to expand.

Keep plenty of cash on hand for lean times.

Don't speculate (meaning gamble on long shots)
