Not to mention the SEC barring their auditor forcing them to refile years of filings is quite the hack job on any unsuspecting fully compliant company. Very convenient for Samantha to ignore that sec filing gauntlet in her arguments against DBMM; and for what?! So their perfect record of 2,040 wins remains untarnished? Give me a break..
