Last week was the completion of phase 1–getting off the greys! That in and of itself is a major accomplishment. Now onto phase 2–building a competitive, profitable telemedicine company (this was occurring concurrently with phase 1). I’m curious to see the financials but not expecting too much—don’t want to be disappointed. What I’m really looking forward to are any nuggets of a projected business plan, planned future acquisitions, etc...SOLI has been pretty crafty using official filings to give peaks behind the curtain.

Financing is going to be key. The O/S is back to where it was before the private placement. Basically got the. 1.6 million for free shares (the ones illegitimately given years ago and sued to get back this summer). We’ll see what Mr Arms brings to the table...
