I agree with you 200% but it looks like that DEAD BEAT sandberg wants a LAWSUIT so he can drain the cash and hire some of his boys.

He has done NOTHING for the shareholders and I hope whoever brings the LAWSUIT gets RED OAK by the balls and teach that dead beat a lesson.
