Not to be negative, but all indications to date point to outside. Seems an option to extend the time frame regarding preserving the records should be available if nothing happens after the closing."

jo, This might be the reason, if large amounts of money is returned to Legacy Holders.
Right now we are the only ones who have any recollection of the 'WAMU Theft'.
If money large money appears , it might give cause for people to investigate.
Currently, without any value showing, some might not see any point to an investigation.
Your theory makes sense to me, but until I see a vast improvement in my account, I will not trust them.
