dmceng, I seriously believe the following.

1) During a period of time (as Rosie says) after the court signs for Bk closure and the first several weeks of New Year 2020, I believe a large sum will be paid to investors who signed timely releases as the POR says Book-Value must be paid for “other” real estate and other assets

2) Again, assuming Bk closing in 12/2019, then I expect distributions to begin from the DST to investors who signed timely releases by Mar/Apr 2020 at the latest
