Audits of Vinafilms Joint Stock Company: The Company’s auditors DylanFloyd Accounting & Consulting Co. has engaged Vietnam-based TTP Auditing Co. to assist in the financial audits of Vinafilms Joint Stock Company in accordance with the U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the requirements of Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). The financial audits of Vinafilms are expected to be completed in time for PHI Group to consolidate Vinafilms’ operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2019. The Company has acquired 51% equity interest in Vinafilms Joint Stock.
