MYDX was sued by Rockwell, but Cedar might be some debt collection agency.

Yes, Cedar is a debt collector but Rockwell isn't the original company owed.

If I remember correctly the original company owed was a software company that Yazbeck/MYDX/CDX did not pay.

Just checked the complaint by Cedar.

In the exhibits, the original contract was signed in Feb 2015, between CDx and Empower Solutions Private Limited.

Empower is an IT company. (Empower Solutions is a 15+ years old Web and Mobile Development Software outsourcing company, offering customized, robust solutions to clients across the globe)

Obviously Yazbeck didn't pay Empower, that's were Cedar comes in.

It's like I said awhile back, the debt collections companies don't mess around,they bought the debt and they will get their money or "die trying" as the expression goes.
