It’s an absolute joke to think the a fat, inefficient bureaucracy, such as the FDA, can even think about so-called “efficiency” - they have no real concept of this.

First the slovenly FDA slows down the whole approval process - then it’s up to the FDA to streamline and speedup this process – pure insanity.
