Not sure where you got this nonsensical notion that only Equity is entitled to be paid, their claim was NEVER adjudged to be illegitimate by any court.

Also as I've stated countless times, which you CONtinue to ignore, is that the UW's were made part of Class 19 the same time as PQ and KQ shares.

EDIT: Again CONfused…….The UW's lost ~$96M due to being sued for underwriting WAMU loans. They filed a claim with the estate to be reimbursed. The claim was allowed and settled giving them a fraction of what was requested. One last fact, the bills are being paid by the estate, not the UW's. Everything else is based on ZERO facts.

Btw...move to Class 22 for what??? Those are even more worthless than Class 19. Good grief LOLOL.
