Some entered LIBE at .18 per share years ago, when LIBE was nothing but a empty shell selling diluted shares and far fetched schemes.

Those who entered at .18, then averaged down dozens of times over several years have a large average PPS. Only a very few actually entered this stock at 0.0001.


I on the other hand have over 20 yrs trading stocks and was lucky enough to grab several million shares at .0001
