With the conversion price as ~$24, new investors one would assume that the expect something significantly above that at the time of conversion in order to do better than break even + the modest interest rate. So, if one assumes that the pps will be ~$30 in June of 2024 then discounted to the present value that figure would be about $27. I'm not a finance guy so there is probably a lot wrong with my thinking, but that might be a place to start.
